Getting started is simple and takes less than 10 minutes on your end. Here's how it works:
Step 1 — Book a free discovery call or request a free social media audit. We'll review your current digital presence and tell you honestly where you're losing leads and what we'd do about it.
Step 2 — We put together a tailored proposal for your business based on your goals, your budget, and the package that makes the most sense for where you are right now.
Step 3 — You review and sign your service agreement, and pay the once-off setup fee to confirm your start date.
Step 4 — You complete our short onboarding form (takes about 15 minutes) and give us access to your platforms. This is the last time we'll need a lot from you.
Step 5 — We spend the first week building your strategy and content plan, which we share with you for approval before anything goes live.
Step 6 — We go live. Your first content is published and your first campaigns are launched within 14 days of signing.
From there, we handle everything. You'll have regular strategy calls with us, receive performance reports each month, and always have a direct line to your account contact.

We work on a straightforward monthly retainer model — one flat fee, paid in advance on the 1st of each month. No surprise invoices, no hidden extras, no commission on your ad spend.
We offer three packages:
Starter — R6000 per month For small businesses wanting a consistent, professional social media presence. Covers 2 platforms, up to 12 posts per month, community management, and a monthly report.
Growth — R15 000 per month Our most popular package. Covers 3–4 platforms, 16–20 posts, Meta and Google Ads management, content creation, email marketing, and bi-weekly strategy calls.
Premium — R40 000 per month Our full-service offering. Covers omnichannel management, 25+ posts, unlimited paid ads, influencer campaigns, weekly email marketing, a dedicated account manager, and weekly reporting.
A once-off setup fee applies to all packages and covers your onboarding, account audit, and strategy build.
Please note: advertising spend (what you pay Meta or Google directly to run your ads) is always separate from our management fee. You pay the platforms directly and always keep full control of your ad accounts.
All packages have a minimum commitment period — 3 months for Starter and 6 months for Growth and Premium — after which we move to a flexible month-to-month arrangement.

A clear process you can rely on. Every month follows the same rhythm: content plan submitted for your approval, content published on schedule, report delivered on time. You'll always know what's happening and what's coming next.
Honest communication, always. If something isn't performing, we'll tell you. If we think you should increase your ad budget, or shift strategy, or try something new — we'll say so clearly and explain why. You'll never be left guessing.
Minimal demands on your time. Once you're onboarded, we typically need less than 30 minutes of your time per week — a quick content approval and the occasional WhatsApp message. We handle the rest.
A team that actually cares. We take on a limited number of clients deliberately so that every account gets proper attention. You're not a ticket number to us — we know your business, we track your results, and we genuinely want you to win.
We won't pretend it's always perfect. Sometimes content needs a rework. Sometimes a campaign needs adjustment. What we promise is that when that happens, we're on it fast, we communicate clearly, and we don't rest until it's right.
